Talking Parts

Exploring astrological archetypes, connecting to inner parts, and creating what we want

In this group coaching workshop each participant will engage with the sign energies of two planets in their astrological birth chart in order to generate dialogue between inner parts. Through reflective writing and art making, participants will explore ways to shift inner dynamics from tension into harmony, removing blockages and establishing a path to creating what they want.

All levels of astrological knowledge are welcome. General information on archetypes will be provided. Participants are invited to work with whatever astrological understandings they have and their own inner wisdom.

Please bring your astrological birth chart and a notebook, journal, or sketchpad. Space will be available to work on tables or on the floor. Bring a yoga mat or blanket if desired. Art supplies will be provided and you are welcome to bring your own as well.
